I wanna tell you about somebody I looked up to in the past, Dr. Otto Heinrich Warburg. I have to say with an accent because I love this guy and he’s absolutely amazing. What he discovered in 1931 and he won a Nobel Prize basically the conclusion what he came to win this Nobel Prize is that cancer cannot exist in an alkaline environment. Today on this Saturday Strategy I’m here to tell you about how to alkalize your body with a juice recipe. I’m gonna show you how some of the signs that you could be experiencing of being acidic and some quick hacks that you can do every day to deal with it. I totally fundamentally believe that having a healthy pH can help solve almost all of the health issues you could be dealing with.
And when it comes to weight loss obviously the more alkalized your body is the more effective it is so there’s different ways to get pH, one you can pee on a little strip that you can order on Amazon, it’s like seven bucks I’ll leave a link below this as well or you can put it in your mouth. Now healthy pH in the mouth is anywhere from 6.5 to 7.5. So what happens when you have acidosis and your body is acidic? You could be experiencing inflammation, achy joints, headaches, sleepiness, confusion, you know mental fog right? Your dream time could be severely diminished and what I mean by that is it’s normal as a human being to remember your dreams and make sense out of them.
Most people don’t because their body in the acidic state that they are not simply trained to do that. Anaerobic pathogens is another thing that we need to watch out for which can lead to weakened immune system. You could have a poor muscle performance. Also low libido is a big sign. So let’s talk about what causes your body to be too acidic? One of the biggest thing is stress. You all are too stressed out. One of the biggest thing is your breathing incorrectly. A lot of people breath from up top like this, shallow breaths right? When we wanna lower cortisol levels in our body we wanna come into this miracle design machine that we have that you would meet soon, it’s important to breathe and feel the stomach out from the bottom and then breath out this big long breathes. Lot of people are dehydrated so drinking more water, I put a little lemon and baking soda in it as well if I really wanna switch my alkalinity quickly. And most people aren’t getting enough fruits and vegetables which leads me to a solution and know that I love to juice.
