I became a practicing meditator during the past two years Meditation is very easy, at the same time it can be very difficult But I keep trying it out because I strongly believe in its effect on improving Our standard of life The purpose of meditation: to clear the mind, to exercise awareness of the present time There are many benefits that may arise from his practice that may be physical, mental, psychological or spiritual. I don’t think I can mention it all Beginning with meditation helps your mind be quieter and less stressful, and helps you find balance and inner peace It can improve your concentration, your nutrition and even your sleep Increases your productivity, creativity, sense and happiness Slows down your aging, boosts your immunity, and makes your overall health better First: find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for a certain period Next: Sit seated on a pillow, or sit on a chair Keep your feet on the floor, whatever your sitting position Make sure your back is straight without being too tight.

Imagine a stretched line from the bottom of your back. The highest point of your head. Softly, close your eyes, and start to breathe deeply slowly. Your mind is supposed to follow the air route, entering the air and leaving the nose. If you find yourself running your mind, simply focus again To breathe, watch your thoughts But do not indulge in it. The goal is to enter the space where you are conscious And what is around you, but your mind really thinks nothing. This awareness is your awareness Here you feel your spirit Start slowly Try to meditate initially for only five minutes a day, and from this small time you can do more I suggest setting the timing for meditation through my favorite application: zenfriend Find a suitable time for you to enter into your daily routine I like to meditate for 20 minutes in the morning after planning my day The beginning of the daily meditation habit will not always be easy Remember: patience, perseverance, not to criticize yourself Be patient with yourself, the time will pass Be persistent, even when you want to give in Don’t criticize yourself when your mind forces you to act Just do what you can You can play some soft music, or sounds of nature while meditating Or you can follow a specific meditation program I highly suggest headspace is beautifully designed and easy to use If you want a more elaborate meditation, you can change the position of your hands * The positions of the hand in meditation are known as (mudra) * Here are some examples Make your hands comfortable to receive energy Make them down to feel comfortable This mode provides soothing energy for deep meditation It raises self-awareness This position brings knowledge, wisdom, creativity And calm Raise the palms of your hands to receive energy or down for rest This position symbolizes: patience and discipline And it helps you create a sense of stability These represent energy and health It raises a feeling of self-confidence and a sense of balance This position indicates communication and frankness It can help you strengthen your intuition and feelings If you like the video, thumb up (click like Write a comment: If you tried before meditating and told me how it made you feel?
