If you want to now how you put an A4 letter into one of these envelopes, than you should watch this video! This is all you need to fold an A4 letter into one of these envelopes. You start by turning around the envelope then you take the letter. And you put the upper edge of the letter to this edge here of the envelope. So like this. Then you fold down the upper part of the envelope to fix it. Then you take the lower end of the letter and you fold it until the lower end of the envelope. To this part. You can see the edges right here. So you take the lower end and fold it to the lower end of the envelope. So it looks like this. And then you fold very gentle, first with your hand and then you can take your thumb and press a litte bit stronger on to the paper. Don’t use the fingernail it can destroy the paper. After you did this you take the paper out pf the envelope.
Put the envelope to the side. Then you turn around the letter like this. And now you fold the upper part of the letter to the lower part of the letter – right here. I’ll show it to you again: You take the upper part of the letter and fold it to the lower part of the letter – like this. Again: You fold this line here, start with the whole hand and then you just take the thumb and press it a little bit stronger. Again:Don’t use the thumbnail. Now you can see the folded letter and the envelope. And you already see that it will fit very, very good together.
Now we just have to put the letter into the envelope. To do this we take the envelope and turn it around. Then we open the lid and take the letter with the address line facing up. And now we put the lower edge right onto the lid and we open the lid and turn around the envelope. Open the envelope and now the letter just slides into the envelope. We take of this part here, close the lid. Et voilà. As you can see the address of the letter fits perfectly into the window of the envelop.
