Erster Verkäufer-Satz, der nicht so clever ist: “Ich will Ihnen gar nichts verkaufen.” Blöder Satz. Warum? Wenn ich Verkäufer bin, möchte ich natürlich etwas verkaufen und manchmal habe ich das Gefühl, Unternehmen schämen sich dafür. Dann schreiben sie auch gar nicht “Verkäufer” auf die Visitenkarte, sondern “Berater”, “Gebietsrepräsentanz” oder was auch immer. Ja, und das schlägt dann manchmal auch auf die Verkäufer durch und dann kommt eben am Ende irgendwie so ein Blödsinn dabei heraus.Besser: “Ja, ich möchte Ihnen etwas verkaufen und zwar etwas, was Ihnen nützt.” Also, habt Standing, steht dazu.…
